Reelion Co Pty Ltd is a small Australian business based in Melbourne that specialised in reliability engineering solutions, consulting, training, and testing. We offer a flexible method of engagement ranging from solving specific problems to end-to-end reliability solutions, as well as providing individually targeted services. We do this through reliability assessment, asset management, maintenance optimisation and testing of assets including AC UPS, DC power system, AC/DC distribution, solar system, diesel generator, fuel cell, flywheel, HVAC and emergency services.

My responsibilities included the following:• Provide leadership and direction to a team of asset engineers to improve systems reliability, customer satisfaction and network performance• Oversee creation and implementation of asset maintenance strategy for telecommunication network critical infrastructure, ensuring financial objectives and asset performance are aligned with business objectives• Identifying and recommending asset optimisation strategies to enhance the performance of the maintenance and operations of the assigned assets, engaging stakeholders related to assigned assets• Monitoring and analysing the key performance indicators of the projects and reporting to relevant business partners

My responsibilities relate to mission critical facilities including ac and dc power systems in telecommunication exchanges, data centers, mobile shelters etc. I have been involved in developing standard electrical topologies for data centers and exchanges, performing reliability and virtual stress analysis for electrical designs, running statistical analysis for power systems life cycle replacement, performing failure root cause analysis and performance measures.
