Spending most of her day on live calls assisting with every operational aspect of the business Helen’s personal involvement from Franchise Owners’ initial training, IT issues, to organising conferences has seen her become a key member of everyone’s team.Helen particularly thrives on problem solving, remaining largely unflappable whilst retaining good humour and delivering a consistent customer service both to the FRS network and to external clients and candidates.
