Summer trainee at delivery planning team. As a delivery planner I was responsible for creating spare parts deliveries and packing requests to our warehouse. In addition, I worked closely with sales support, procurement and outbound logistics.

I worked at same position as previous summer. Since the working environment was familiar, I was able to utilize my experience and get deeper understanding about different activities in logistics. During the summer I also trained another summer trainee and occasionally helped transport coordinator with waybills and mailing lists.

I worked at Helsinki Airport where my main responsibility was to pack arriving passengers’ luggage to city buses. The work experience was very instructive as I learned some basics about customer service. In my daily work I often helped customers with city locations and other general information if needed. This also improved my communication skills in English.
