With over 30 years of diverse experience across information technology, manufacturing, and research industries, I’ve had the privilege of managing business operations, pioneering new initiatives, and driving organizational change.I am certified in leadership development with globally recognized organizations such as Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), and the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS). My journey has taken me from working within a large Malaysian conglomerate to multinational corporations and international non-profit organizations. Over the years, I have collaborated with leaders and executives from various nationalities, helping them establish new manufacturing facilities, set up operations centers, and design systems that enable growth.In addition to my leadership coaching expertise, I have hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, strategic HR initiatives, and change management. My role has often involved building human capital from the ground up and developing systems that drive both business results and people’s growth.As an analytical thinker and problem solver, I’m known for offering innovative yet practical solutions. Currently, I’m pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation , intending to further deepen my understanding of leadership and organizational systems.
