• As infrastructure Engineer my role revolves around managing storage capacity and backup operations. Additionally project work for any new technology to be used as part of the infrastructure.• My day to day functions included day to day operations on EMC, Qnap, Dell and quantum storage and backup devices. Operation of Commvault and Vmware environments. Maintenance and operation of Windows servers, ranging from application servers to file servers.• Technologies I was expected operate and maintain include (but are not limited to) Windows servers including SharePoint, exchange, active directory, database and file servers, Workstations. Printers, scanners and peripherals. Backup systems, alert systems.

• As service desk Lead at HASSELL my role consists of processing service requests for staff, reporting to the service delivery manager in day to day operation of the service desk. Liaising with the customer base and management. Incident management and problem resolution. • My day to day functions included support for design technology products, ranging from CAD to BIM products and also supporting products such as Autodesk and Graphisoft products, Adobe Suite products, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, FTP servers, Active Directory, Server products, Workstation products. Tablets, Phones and much more.• Technologies I was expected operate and maintain include (but are not limited to) Windows servers including SharePoint, exchange, active directory, database and file servers, Workstations. Printers, scanners and peripherals. Backup systems, alert systems.

 As an Engineer at this leading Managed services IT company my role included both remote and onsite support for clients in a wide variety of Industries.  During my time at Visits I was heavily involved in improving documentation, procedures and systems.  My day to day functions included support for every version of Microsoft windows and Mac OSX. All versions of Microsoft office. Support for peripherals ranging from scanners, printers, routers, switches, firewalls to PDA’s and phones. Support for various industry specific products including CAD products, Accounts software and more. Additional technologies I was expected to regularly work on included Internet domain management, Citrix, a variety of antivirus products, proxy servers, print servers.Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008.  As Technical Manager my role included support and training for Graphisoft’s range of BIM / 3D CAD Architectural and Building design systems and rendering packages as well as implementation and support for in-house (Melbourne office) IT systems. Consulting with customers and implementation of BIM systems at customer sites. Phone and on-site support for ArchiCAD, Artlantis and all issues related to these applications including (but not limited to) hardware, licensing, PDF conversion, printing, plotting and file storage. As multi platform applications this support included both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh support (windows 200, XP, and OSX 10.4x) Planning ,designing and teaching Introductory, intermediate and advanced training for customers, consultants and trainers.
