Gained experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs, Maintenance Planning (Short- and longterm), EASA Part-M and Part-CAMO regulations. Within Insight Aviation I’m also responsible for the managing and implementing of Airworthiness Directives for various aircraft types on our scope (incl. A320, B737, Dornier 328, ATR72). Also I’m responsible for our operational customer, creating the maintenance planning, creating workorders and workpacks, processing techlogs and monitoring the reliability program and deferred defect lists. Additionally, I’m gaining international experience with (re-)delivery projects and technical representation at Part-145 maintenance organisations.

At Fokker Services I was responsible for managing several international customer-accounts, including Defense and OEM customers, such as Airbus and the Royal Dutch Airforce. Additionally, I also was responsible for providing quotes and proposals to new customers thru the e-commerce portal.

Conducted my thesis project within the KLM Logistics & Support plant of KLM Engineering & Maintenance. It involved implementing a performance management system for 9 different teams within KLM Logistics & Support through visual management.A dashboard was developed to monitor the logistics process and provide sufficient information for proper process management when necessary. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were defined and implemented for the teams to accurately manage the process. First point of contact for incidents and requests, I provided administrative and support services for the Facility Department at Amstelland Hospital. My responsibilities included handling phone calls and emails related to complaints, material requests, and logistical inquiries, as well as coordinating with the technical service team using the Ultimo system. Additionally, I managed the hospital's clothing inventory.

In a dynamic, social, and motivated team, I was responsible for acquiring new subscribers for the Amsterdam newspaper, Het Parool. My other responsibilities included training new recruits, and actively recruiting new colleagues to join our efforts.

In my role at the 981 Squadron Component Engineering at Woensdrecht Air Base, I supported a range of engineering projects and research initiatives. I conducted thorough analyses and implemented improvements for the maintenance of the F-16, NH90, Apache, and Chinook helicopters within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.Collaborating closely with fellow engineers, I focused on identifying and solving technical challenges, which contributed to enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, I expanded my knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures specific to military aircraft.
