Conducted my thesis project within the KLM Logistics & Support plant of KLM Engineering & Maintenance. It involved implementing a performance management system for 9 different teams within KLM Logistics & Support through visual management.A dashboard was developed to monitor the logistics process and provide sufficient information for proper process management when necessary. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were defined and implemented for the teams to accurately manage the process.
