• Served as division head for a boutique real estate investment & management company with $50,000,000 of assets and approximately 2 million square feet of leased & owned industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties. • Reported directly to CEO and has five direct reports.• Responsibilities included property management, leasing & negotiations, maintenance, marketing, human resources, accounting and investment strategy. • Supervised company banking relationships by serving as direct contact for lenders to secure note extensions and additional financing as needed. Created company financial analysis including pro-formas, cash flow, projections and budgeting.
