Team Lead/ Project management: I have been leading a development team of 12 people. My responsibilities have included scheduling, coordination and resource management of projects. Lead developer: I have been working with large and complex data models and created several different reporting entities with PowerBI. I have also been mentoring other PowerBI developers.Definitions: Data model and reporting definitions have been an important part of my duties.

Reporting development: I have been responsible for the development of the logistics reporting with MS BI tools (SSAS,PowerPivot and PowerBI) and I was in charge of rolling the reporting to Nokian Tyres subsidiaries. Project management: I led the RFI and RFP phases for Transportation Management System (TMS). In the first phase I did a global current state analysis and based on my findings planned the possible process flows with a TMS.
