Co-managed first organic commercial feed mill and largest pastured organic chicken farm in Texas. Co-managed sales, marketing, branding, and PR including print/web materials and social media. Maintained brand integrity through expansion and business ownership transition. Built relationships with customers throughout the country; arranged tours and events; represented company at countless conferences and events; managed community donations and sponsorships. Conducted new employee training and often filled in for vacant positions while fulfilling my own job responsibilities. Additional experience: administrative management, AP/AR, overseeing order fulfillment, logistics, online sales, and customer service.

Managed development efforts including memberships, fundraisers, and volunteer program. Wrote and edited content for social media, public relations, newsletter, and other communications. Assisted with presentations, lobbying efforts, outreach projects, and annual conference.Since my employment there, I've enjoyed continued work with FARFA through volunteer work, sponsorship opportunities, and collaboration on various projects, campaigns, and advocacy work.
