As a Production Supervisor at HKScan Oyj, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational dynamics of the Eura factory's HK-branded production. During the summer, I stepped into the shoes of a Production Manager, managing a team of approximately 15 direct reports.In this fast-paced production environment, I led the packaging of diverse poultry products and oat pasta in separate production areas.
