Operative P&L responsibility for RELEX HQ market.Together with team of ~80 people, we take care of our ~70 customers within the region. On top of regional responsibilities I’m in charge of building competences and delivery capabilities to both CPG and Workforce product areas.

Ensuring our customers get the most value from our products and that our products are flexible to every situation (Covid-19 as an extreme example) and different kind of customer needs.Our department consists from superstar consultants to world-class training experts managing the whole product portfolio from Supply Chain Management to Space & Assortment.

Responsible for both development and daily operations of grocery store replenishment in 8+ billion euro revenue retail. Primary goals of my team are product availability and wastage management and supply chain efficiency including store operations in S-group retail stores.In this position I was leading digital transformation of S-groups store replenishment.

• I am responsible for S-groups grocery replenishment and product availability in retail stores. I have overall responsibility of developing supply chain processes from DC (distribution center) to stores including store.

Responsible for order and supply scheduling of all the S-Group's grocery trade suppliers and other production control functions.Worked also as Project Manager as Inex was replacing the transport management system.
