Serve as a technical lead for verification and validation testing of foreign threat SAM radar simulators on the Production Integration & Test team. Work included configuring software onto hardware assets, conducting scripted and manual software behavioral testing, using test results to generate deliverable reports for customers, and assisting in establishing proper procedures and internal documentation detailing how set up and testing are conducted.Serve as a team lead of 4 people for an Automated Test and Analysis Team using AGILE methodologies to effectively develop, debug, and improve a robust testing, analysis, and report generation suite along with the accompanying internal development tools. I was one of the founding co-captains that helped run the brand new Trailblazer Program under the Tennessee Tech Campus Visits Program. Trailblazers is a revamp of the former tour guide program, Golden Eagle Guides. The Trailblazer Program focuses on more personal visits with one-on-one tours and more points of contact throughout prospective visitors' college search. I started as a captain for our Founding group of Trailblazers in the Fall of 2021, but I have been a tour guide at Tennessee Tech since April 2019 with the revamp of the tour guide program as the Golden Eagle Guides.My captain role centered around being the Captain of the Welcome Center. I handled training for the front desk and visits check-in processes, schedules and coordination of all 80+ Trailblazers, record keeping, and collaborating with the other captains on the lead team for communications and updates.
