I'm currently serving as Logmore's Interim CEO and GC. I'm a member of firm's leadership team. Prior to my current role, I was Logmore's General Counsel.Logmore is a company specializing in pharma grade condition monitoring. We are providing the world's best QR code data logger and cloud product for high-value pharma logistics. The unique technological innovation is patented globally. Our clientele consists of leading logistics, pharma and life science companies. Before Logmore, I worked in a global law firm Bird & Bird and in Finnish courts. My practitioner's career included a vast amount of both contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of IT, technology, energy, professional liability, product liability, automotive, contractual chains, project deliveries, trade secrets, real estate and construction, and securities and M&A. I have also experience in insolvency related matters. A significant number of my dispute resolution cases had cross-border nature.
