A part of the Ticketron Team (under FinWorks India).Added metrics to monitor the total request count, total error count, total Latency of a request, and downstream services for our Bots.Worked on a class-level design problem and refactored the code using apt Design Patterns. The cyclomatic complexity of the target was brought down from 46 to 13 after refactoring.
