Senior Product Manager
Current• Defined the vision, strategy, key results, and product roadmap for several full-stack, front-end, and platform teams across IPSY's Product org: IpsyMatch, Commerce Infrastructure, Customer Services, Boxycharm Core, Boxycharm Subscriptions, Accounts & Identity, and MarTech (Content & Targeting, CDP, AdTech) teams.• Led a critical workstream after IPSY's acquisition of Boxycharm to ensure a successful and seamless data migration and merger for 4.6 million users and their data from Boxycharm to IPSY• Drove Ipsy's investments in security and privacy; Developed a global portfolio-wide anti-fraud strategy across site and mobile and managed execution of tools and features to identify and effectively prevent fraud, resulting in a 99% decrease in fraudulent signups and 99% decrease in fraud-related NBI• Led the prioritization, planning and development of new capabilities for IPSYMatch, a world-class matching algorithm optimized for our customers' needs and preferences• Re-designed and launched new onboarding and account management flows to improve the user experience • Initiated and led automation of IPSY’s core personalization process to enable scalability of new programs and subscriptions• Drove three multi-month A/B tests to assess the customer delight and business impacts of new features, including machine learning personalization models and customer-facing features ("Choice", new onboarding flow)• Integrated CAPI for TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Meta to add more signal resolution and enable a more sustainable ad portfolio spend distribution.
