As a sustainability professional, I work on making businesses more environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable. I develop and implement practices to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and promote social equity. This includes conducting assessments and managing programs and making BRSR/GRI/CDP reports. I also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.

In my role as a soft skills trainer, employability facilitator and corporate trainer,I facilitated 25 personality and employability programs across colleges and corporate settings nationwide. Collaborating with Rubicon and Leap Skills, I provided soft skills training across 5 states as part of their CSR efforts. Certified as an English, Employability, and Entrepreneurship (EEE) program trainer, I also facilitated 10 Sankalp Sessions under The Trainers Camp online community in the NCR Region. My focus has been on enhancing participants' skills and improving their career prospects, reflecting my commitment to fostering personal and professional growth.
