About Eeva Jakobsson

Design drivers for HSL participatory planning and customer engagement are transparency, relevancy and being concrete, but I believe they fit for basically all organizations big and small, private or public. People need to feel that they are being heard and the contribution they give, is affecting the service development. The methods and tools for participatory planning include both quantitative and qualitative data, but data in itself is not enough, we need methods and tools to go deeper to find out what really brings value to customers and why.
