As a Pedagogical Specialist, I advanced the adoption of game-based learning Key responsibilities- Training and Education: Conducted engaging training sessions on game-based learning methodologies, equipping end-users with the skills to leverage the Seppo gamification platform effectively.- Project Management: Led initiatives aimed at introducing game-based pedagogy into the educational practices of our customers. Managed a comprehensive 2.5-year project in collaboration with seven municipalities, where I oversaw the budget, planned project activities, conducted teacher training, and handled reporting requirements.- Customer Support: Provided dedicated support to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with the Seppo gamification tool. Addressed queries, resolved issues, and fostered strong client relationships.- Representative Role: Acted as the face of Seppo at various fairs, effectively communicating the benefits and applications of our gamification tool. Contributed to company communications through newsletters, website content, and social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

- I promoted study ability in universities and student associations through trainings and workshops- I developed and executed communications and managed the project budget

- I organized Peda-forum-päivät 2012, a national conference of university pedagogy with 400 participants. The participants gave the conference an overall grade of 4,2 out of 5.- My tasks included everything from chairing the planning group and contacting potential sponsors to updating the website and coordinating practical arrangements.- I was in charge of communications and developed the unit's intranet pages.

- I arranged the ReflekTori 2010 Symposium of Engineering Education which was attended by 200 participants- I managed the publishing of results of a higher education development project with 10 partners (see Oppaiden opas in Publications)- Planning and coordinating continuing education training programs was also my task

As a full-time member of executive board I was responsible for policy making, steering the work of educational officers and collaborating with the student unions

- As an expert of educational affairs I supervised the students’ interest in university decision making and collaborated with the university administration and management- I revised the practices of selecting the student representatives into the governing councils of the university
