In my current position as the of Head of Product Management I have a priviledge to lead the team of professional product managers to ensure that our vision in product strategy fulfills the customer needs in all our operating countries. I really enjoy developing our holistic product management organisation in Kiilto to be enable to produce high-quality and sustainable products to all customer segments.I am passionate about developing processes and creating new methodologies to work in a more proactive and strategical way towards a healthier and more sustainable future.I have worked in Kiilto since 2020 when I started as the RDI manager. I worked also as the Team Leader for our high-professional RDI laboratory team for construction business. I really liked the RDI work and I feel that it was a good way to familiarize myself with all the functions in Kiilto. My previous work history is related to 13 years experience in precast concrete industry. The last 4 years I worked as project manager in large delivery and assembly projects.
