I am currently working in the most interesting project, Location Innovation Hub, with 50 % working time. Project is coordinated by Finnish Geospatial Institute FGI, which is part of the National Land Survey. We are boosting Location Intelligence related innovations together with our partner network in Finland & Europe. The main target group consists of startups and SME:s. Our working style is extremely proactive, efficient, collaborative and future-oriented. We boost growth for Europe!In NLS, in the National Land Survey of Finland (Maanmittauslaitos), I work with most interesting tasks like Leadership Development & Training programme, Competence Analysis & Development processes, NLS internal coaching & facilitation network and as a new challenge recruitement. That really excites and challenges me! Also my work role has evolved and is richer than ever. I work as an HR Business Partner (HR Kumppani) to our international top unit FGI (Paikkatietokeskus). I am so happy and truly love my work environment & colleagues 🧡As a new challenge I have started to work in LIH, the Location Innovation Hub. This project is aiming at providing growth opportunities for small and medium size companies/organizations by providing multiple free-of-charge services. LIH has deep expertise and about 40 competent partners in the area of Location Intelligence. My role is to create and develop knowledge sharing & learning opportunities by utilizing different digital platforms and solutions. Earlier I have worked as an HRD Manager; gaining valuable experience of Change, Competence and Welfare Management & development.In Business Finland (BF) I worked as a project manager, taking into use & stabilizing the new LMS "Guidin", it was super and I learned so much. In BF my passion was to boost renewal across organization.I also have expertise in DISC®-behaviour assessment profile and training, in EASEL® (experiencial socio-emotional skills) training, in systemic team coaching and in learning methodology. I am passioned about developing self-management and Interpersonal skills in a result-oriented way. based on positive psychology.
