I can coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, families, primary care physicians, and external psychiatrists providing clients and families with resources to support their recovery journey.In the recent past, I have had the pleasure of being a Therapist/Group Facilitator for Millennium Clinic. Within my role, I was responsible for providing clients with psycho-social rehabilitation services specifically geared towards the homeless, severely mentally ill, and chemically dependent populations. My job duties included the preparation of treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care programs. I was also able to maintain appropriate documentation of caseload and audit client files to ensure quality and compliance with state and federal standards and regulations. I have proven experience in administering clinical counseling principles and crisis intervention techniques.
