Responsible for establishing and reporting the programmatic and financial impact of MIFA programs in cooperation with organization leadership, managing MIFA’s continuous improvement process while ensuring compliance with non-financial funder requirements, and educating and guiding program managers and staff to pursue efficient and high-impact program design.

Chief writer for internal and external publications, foundation and corporate grant proposals, and executive correspondence and communication, including speeches.
