CurrentDeveloped and implemented an IT Security program leveraging industry frameworks and best practices. Created structure through policies, processes and procedures to support IT Security, such as Incident Response Plans and tabletop exercise regimens. Deployed and leveraged tools to support security including Arctic Wolf (IDS + Vulnerability Management), CrowdStrike, Cisco Umbrella and Keeper. Created and documented the formal Vulnerability Management program.Led the Network Services function use both in-house and contract based staff to execute network upgrades globally. Managed projects in various stages of development through the delivery pipeline to successful completion. Worked to increase network resilience and manageability through education, technology choices and process improvements.Established an IT Asset Management program and achieved delivery of the service via Freshservice Asset Management. This was foundational to building both Enterprise Monitoring and IT Security programs. Elevated infrastructure monitoring services by building the framework of policies, processes and standards to align to the desired state. Built and managed an ElasticSearch cluster to support observability, dashboards and security. Established categorization and severity of all infrastructure and applied monitoring baselines to focus on relevant KPI’s for various classes of infrastructure. Managed various tools such as Paessler PRTG, Cisco Prime Infrastructure and NetBox.Served as the IT organizations Scrum Coach, championing the adoption of performing work in an Agile manner with an iterative approach in all work. Program drove vast improvements in transparency of the work of IT amongst the staff and measurable improvement in workflow. Also served as the functional focal for network project work, driving projects to completion with a mixture of project management, hands on technical and leveraging contractors to help us get work through the pipeline more efficiently.
