At the beginning of my professional work career, I was appointed to be a pillar in setting the Quality assurance system of the joint venture tire manufacturing company between Inoue Rubber Company and PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The company focuses on the production of high-performance motorcycle tires. Throughout my career, with the team and support from the mother company, we complied with product and quality system certifications such as ISO9001, ECER75, IATF16949, SNI, etc.Regarding my experience, I have a broad knowledge of the Mixing process, Extruding, calendering, bead wire, Bias cutting, Tire building, Tire curing, Product Inspection, Dynamic Balancing, Static Balancing, Tire architecture, Tire development, Compound testing, Raw material tests, tire performance tests (indoor and outdoor), etc.I am also a communication bridge between Inoue Rubber Company in Japan and local members in carrying out the tire development process and standardizing test methods. My daily work languages are Japanese and English.Besides my full-time job, I also work as a freelancer in the position of IT Auditor and Program Analyst. I deal with some projects to analyze and improve the quality of the system. As for my achievement, I presented and published some of my research (Related to big data, machine learning, and program development) in IEEE Xplore.Efforts to achieve good results must be made with good inputs and processes. Of course, three mandatory things are consistently doing genba, genbutsu, genjitsu to maintain process stability and quality.
