I joined the Innovation Accelerator of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) as a product manager to help set up a cloud-based environment to test AI pilots (i.e. SKAI satellite) and ML models faster in a more flexible and scalable manner. Some of my responsibilities includes gathering users' requirements and needs, building a product strategy and roadmap, and collaborating with AI experts and developers.

I joined Kambi, leading provider of premium sports betting tech, as a Product Owner. I was implementing agile methodologies and working first-hand with UX design, development, and end-users to create a transparent feed-back loops to all stakeholders. The role involved a lot of coordination between many stakeholders : various dev teams (in Sweden, Romania and the Philipines), product owners, architects, designers, sport experts, customers, end-users, data analysts, marketers.Some of the projects I worked on consisted of :- Automating internal trading and expanding the bets' offering- Integrating algorithmic models generating the odds to the trading tools- Migrating tools in the cloud, most specifically in AWS

The projects I worked on consisted of creating and connecting an internal time-reporting tool and a billing tool to automatically invoice clients based on the time reported by consultants. The goal was to keep track of the time devoted to each mission/client to price each engagement effectively and anticipate budget variations. I was responsible for coordinating the full product-development lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements analysis, UAT testing, and product launches.
