• Instruct and direct 3PL on all of The Dot’s standard operating procedures for receiving, picking, packing, returns processing, inventory counting and other value added services• Monitor 3PL performance on a real-time basis to ensure 3PL is always operating within its contracted service level agreement (SLA)• Supply planning: plan and execute monthly stock transfers• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle• Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs• Create and build database queries and manipulate data to provide key business insights• Conduct fashion industry research and identify new trends and sources• Work closely together with the brand to coordinate inbound freight of apparel merchandise, including discounts on freight shipments• Negotiate specific storage requirements, and ensure that each of brand clothing styles, colors and sizes remain separate to allow for rapid, accurate order fulfillment• Continuously monitor existing inventory levels and forecast future inventory demands• Ensure that inventory items are shipped accurately, routed properly and delivered on time• Oversee and manage various functions within the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, production and related reporting. • Manage day to day operations of a fulfilling orders in the E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale and ensuring associates complete them in a timely manner. • Inspect and oversee the inventory records of the E-commerce and keeping track of all outbound shipments • Responsible to ensure accuracy and completion of all incoming orders in E-Commerce, Retail and Wholesale
