Provide legal representation in insurance defense related matters pertaining to personal injury, catastrophic injury, construction defect, and general civil disputes.Prepare pleadings, disclosure statements, and discovery. Take and defend depositions of fact/lay, and expert witnesses, hearing attendance and oral argument, settlement conference/mediation, and trial.

Provide all aspects of litigation representation in medical malpractice, insurance defense, contractual disputes, and real estate matters, including but not limited to hearing participation, oral arguments, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and drafting discovery requests and responses. Provide advisory counsel to municipal entities on environmental, first amendment, and additional constitutional issues.

Provide litigation representation in family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, establishment of paternity and legal custody, child support modifications, enforcement or family court orders, spousal maintenance modifications and termination, and appeals.

Represent and conduct litigation on behalf of the Arizona Department of Child Safety. I provide counsel on child welfare law, termination of parental rights, guardianships, and adoption matters at the trial court level.

Represented clients in family court matters, including but not limited to child support modifications, modification of parenting time and legal decision making, divorce proceedings.
