I have thrived in Learning and Development (L&D) as both a full-time employee and independent consultant for large (Fortune 500), small, and independently owned companies in a wide array of industries. During this time, I have taken on many different roles including leadership, project management, and course development. The deliverables have included elements for the classroom, laboratory, internet, software, blended learning, webinars, curriculum, etc.I have collaborated effectively with business leaders, subject matter experts, associates, and vendors by utilizing people and business skills needed to interact with this broad array of individuals. This varied experience has allowed me to have both a “telescope” and “microscope” perspective in how to consistently identify and implement the best practices, policies, and training outputs for an organization to achieve its business goals in the most cost-effective manner.
