Ensuring air shipments where properly handled and internal audits were completed in accordance with government regulations. Completing other general internal audits and maintaining employee records with attention to detail. Educating myself on hazmat damaged goods processing and disposal methods in accordance with OSHA and UPS joint guidelines. Stationed on Raspberry and Stockton Island. Served as a front-line representative for the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore on both Raspberry and Stockton Island. Provided guided lighthouse tours to visitors to the island, maintained the light station and the grounds, and twice a week gave a living history tour in the persona of a historic lighthouse keeper. Managed camping area on Stockton Island by recording statistics and informing visitors of park regulations. Also volunteered for extra duties in the Maintenance Division on numerous occasions.
