Facility Inspection and Maintenance: Completing and documenting daily facilityinspections of the corporate office and taking the necessary corrective and preventiveactions for any identified gaps; scheduling necessary facility and equipmentmaintenance; carrying out necessary repairs and/or replacements in the least disruptivemanner; and working closely with the Admin Manager to determine upgrades forequipment and infrastructure.Store/Inventory and Logistics Management: Liaising with the Admin Manager todevelop, maintain, and implement effective and computerised inventory systems withproper oversight and management of the central store; maintaining an effective logistics system which includes mail and dispatch; neat arrangement of stock in the central storeaccording to ISO standards; developing and maintaining effective stock re-order levels;accurate cross-check of incoming shipment against sales invoice at the point of receipt;effective and timely communication to stakeholders on stock levels and orders.HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Management: liaising with the AdminManager to develop effective organisation-wide HSE protocols; ensuring compliancewith health and safety standards and facility-related regulations; and developing effectivecontingency plans for safety and security breaches within the facility.Fleet Management: liaising with the Admin Manager to develop an effective fleetmaintenance protocols; ensuring adherence to maintenance protocols by drivers;developing and implementing an effective fuel management system.Travel and Protocol Management: liaising with the Admin Manager to develop andimplement appropriate travel protocols while maximising available human and materialresources; ensuring adequate travel arrangements for both staff and visitors asnecessary; effective liaison with airport protocol staff as necessary for staff and visitors.

 Co-ordinate the receipts of Incoming Raw Materials from both Local and Overseas Suppliers. Work with Production Manager on Production priorities to ensure timely provision of raw materials needed. Generate and send weekly Inventory report on Stock Level raw material to Executive Director and Managing Director Follow-up on Subordinate to Ensure strict adherence to FIFO LIFO Method. Conduct General Stock taking Exercise. Training/ Evaluation of Subordinate. Follow-up with Local suppliers for replenishment of Local Materials. Prompt retrieval of materials of Production Department Where Applicable. Make sure materials are properly arranged in the warehouse and alert mgt for replenishment when the need arises.
