- Timeout Foundation was established by the Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation, Sitra, the Finnish Cultural Foundation and the Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland to increase constructive societal dialogue in Finland to strengthen this fundamental requirement for democracy and functioning society.- Timeout Foundation aims at moving the discussion culture in Finland in a more constructive direction, reducing the polarisation of society and increasing people’s participation in society together with other parties interested in dialogue.- My main responsibilities include facilitating dialogues, teaching, co-operation with stakeholder group that consist of leading governmental institutions to NGO's and other societal operators.

- KYTKE is an internationally significant research project that was chosen from over 140 proposals as one of three projects included in the European Social Inclusion Initiative that was launched by global research center The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).- The research group that studies the activities and impacts of the KYTKE project consists of researchers from Harvard and Aalto Universities.- On top of carrying the main responsibility in teaching and moderating seminars and workshops related to discrimination, I shared responsibility in drafting annual reports and co-developed the project's teacher training package and implemented it as part of KYTKE's operations.

Main responsibilities:- Moderating and being responsible for lectures and workshops designed for upper primary school students and adults- Organization’s social media communication- Planning, organizing and marketing events- Planning and scheduling the project's calendar year- Holding presentations nationwide

During my time as a professional American football player I competed against the top talent outside of the USA while playing for and captaining the Finland national team and various top teams in Europe. I was also part of the late NFL Europe as well as the NFL's International Player development program.
