I am a passionate artist, a committed teacher and mentor. I am focused on the transformative and healing power of the creative spirit in my work as a transdisciplinary artist, educator, integrative healing consultant and labyrinth facilitator. At the core of my approach is my deep spirituality, strong eco-consciousness and my love of the natural world and sharing this with others.My approach utilizes a holistic methodology which centers on attuning the mind, body and soul to the elemental rhythms found within nature. I work in a creative, organic and multi-tiered manner with each individual using a variety of modalities depending on the individual's particular needs and concerns. This may include incorporating aspects of depth psychology, Sophrology (mindfulness combined with dynamic relaxation), breath-work, archetypal understandings via mythic narratives, fairy tales, and guided moving meditations. As a labyrinth facilitator with over 25 years of experience I do encourage my clients to walk a labyrinth and/or in a woodland area, as a large part of the healing and integration process comes from time spent in Nature in quiet reflection. I believe everyone is unique in the ways that they grow, heal, and journey through life.
