The institute has been in existence since 2016 and has regularly conducted HR training in various cities in Indonesia. Gadjian Academy also offers education and professional certification programs for HR under the name CPO (Chartered People Officer) since 2022.

My responsibilities are to monitor and guide all company activities related to investment in their Islamic mutual fund products, to ensure them comply to sharia principles.

My passion in Islamic business and education prompted me to initiate PIMI, an educational institution focusing on Islamic business trainings, consulting, research and event organizing. One of our activities is the Jakarta Muslim Executive Forum (JMEF), the first and one-of-a-kind community discussion forum for business practitioners in Jakarta. I also performed as the first Managing Director for the organization until February 2013.
