Preparing beverages and desserts, keeping the branch operational, and cleaning the shop in general.

I applied to Locpick because I wanted to do the internship required by my department for 20 work days (January 23 - February 17, 2023) at a company where I thought I would enjoy working the most. I had a very productive internship period, albeit remotely.

Hotel check-in and check-out for local and foreign hotel guests at the front desk, conveying all requests and complaints of guests to the necessary departments, taking room service orders, roomchanges and assignments, safe reception/delivery; Reservation of any transport, activity or restaurant Concierge service and information about the reservation. Since we didn’t have a manager for most of the time I worked there, I progressed by exchanging information with my superiors and guiding my teammates. I worked the night shift for three and a half weeks and learned the ropes in a week.

I aided my team with Front Desk duties during my position of the Baggage Carrier, because of my skill with languages.
