Starting banking as Sales Executive since 2010 - 2018 from various company. Holding relevant licensing such as PCE,TBE,CEILLI,PRS and UT. Currently working as Customer Service Officer in retail banking division since 2018 till present. Experience in doing sales for various products of bank and now fully handling operation teams including maintain a good rapport with customer mass / priority in order to give fullest best services in order to maintain branch deposit and KPI. Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures. Report to and assist Assistance Branch Manager in daily tasks and duties. Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.Analyze and maintain operational data.Develop improved business functionality that increases profits. Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes. Train teller's in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work to avoid any wrong-doing transactions. Set goals for staff and monitor their progress. Conduct frequent performance reviews especially in doing cross-selling towards potential customers.Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization. Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency. Track and maintain branch infrastructure in good condition overall and make sure everything in well maintenance. Maintain positive client and vendor relationship in order to avoid any complaints issues.
