Every day, my goal is simple: if I can solve one problem, help one person, or assist one business, my day feels truly fulfilled.For over 15 years, I was in a senior management role, where my responsibilities encompassed marketing management, sales management, strategy development, revenue optimisation, training, coaching, and mentoring executives in the events, media and publishing industry. However, this was not where I started.My early career in academia saw me teaching adolescents, lecturing, and training individuals ranging from young adults to seasoned executives across diverse curricula, including Finance, Marketing, HR, and Technology. While academia provided a solid foundation, it lacked the immediate rewards and excitement I sought. This realisation prompted my transition into the commercial sector first as an Account Manager, then as a Marketer.Fast forward 25 years, and I've recognized and embraced my passion for discovering and developing talent. I take pride in coaching, mentoring, training, and connecting people to opportunities.I am dedicated to helping individuals develop and grow their careers in their chosen fields.I've come full circle.
