I have over 25 years experience as a field case manager in Indiana Worker's Compensation.I obtained my Associates in Claims certification while working as a case manager for Citizens Insurance. I have been a certified case manager (CCM) since 1991 when that certification was established. I have assisted with medical case management for clients with traumatic brain injuries, burns, spinal cord injury, amputations, orthopedic injuries and work related stress and/ or PTSD.
