I love my free time. I hate wasting time. So, let's keep it simple. Get ready for a loaded sentence. I'm a Generation Z, Transgender Woman who grew surrounded by technology, always chasing the next advancement or breakthrough. Don't confuse me, I'm not a scientist or programmer, but I am analytical. I am creative. I am efficient. I believe a career doesn't have to difficult to be satisfying, and I've noticed we make things harder on ourselves more often than not. I worked for six years in customer facing businesses focusing on improvements, analytics, and ensuring efficiency while reducing employee turnover. I spent most of my formative years sold on the idea that I would forever be a part of the retail industry. Management, Makeup Artistry, Sales - I've done all of it. None of it was for me.Everyone has a turning point in their lives, and mine was when I was 21. I took my analytical and creative skills and put them to use in an industry that respects minds such as myself. I created freelance businesses to experiment with different business models, gather analytics to test myself with, and, ultimately, throw them away to do it all again. I just wanted to see how each business changed with different approaches. This led me marketing. I've never fit so solidly in an industry before. Across all of my experience there was one constant: people. I worked with people. Marketing is my chance to flex those social skills. I know exactly how to make a business run and have the skills to back it up. College was never for me, because when you know what you want to do with your life, you'll consume every ounce of your interests until you know it better than you know yourself. I continue to learn, never accepting a stagnant mindset. Even now as I write this about section, I have a list of next steps for my day to ensure my productivity is at its max everyday, and I still come out with more free time on my hands than I know what to do with.Let's make that a reality for everyone. Let's connect.
