EGGER is a global timber company, founded in Austria, that produces wood-based panel products • Brand management: responsible for the communication of all strategic efforts, as well as planning and monitoring of EGGER’s marketing activities in B2B level• CRM• Social Media Management• Run the promotion activities of the new MFC collection: Visits, training and seminar presentation to new and existing customers, for which I received very positive feedback• Analysis of sales, shares and customer data in order to drive performance diagnostics & implement action plans • Customer base development• Import/ Export Management• Responsible for delivering monthly and year-end reports, measuring and assessing KPIs. Preparation of business reviews, following up on action plans• Liaison with Sales offices abroad to ensure that strategies are applied consistently

-Responsible for the conduct and supervision of mystery shopping projects of big clients, such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Coca Cola, Praktiker, Next.-Assigned responsible for the training of the mystery shoppers, which resulted in the further development of organizational skills and interpersonal communications.-Interpretation of the results of the data collection, writing reports on them while checking the quality and reliability of the responses.
