Have applied my knowledge and experience to issues concerning wireless technologies, AI, consumer electronics, telecommunications, Internet of Things, edge and cloud computing, semiconductors, and digital platforms.Prior to joining NERA, I was part of Qualcomm’s corporate litigation department, where I led multiple projects, including patent portfolio management and analysis for multi-billion dollar licensing negotiations and litigations, evaluation of competitive landscapes, and responses to competition authorities around the world. I also led several of Qualcomm’s advocacy efforts, including those pertaining to FRAND licensing, standards setting, the intersection of antitrust and innovation, patent reexamination proceedings, and patent subject matter eligibility.Have written articles on innovation economics, high technology, intellectual property, and antitrust. Have been awarded a Thomas Edison Innovation Fellowship by the Center for Protection of Intellectual Property & Innovation Policy at the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University. Appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Information Technology Committee of the ABA section of IP Law for the 2024-2025 term.
