Responsible for the Company’s quarterly and annual consolidated reports (20-F) in accordance with US GAAP;Managing an accounting team of 3 people including recruitment, guidance, supervision & appraisal;Responsible for the group’s tax reports and planning;Responsible for controlling and reporting of the worldwide subsidiaries, including incorporation and dissolution of subsidiaries, establishment of work procedures, auditing and international tax planning.

Prepared the company's prospectuses for PPM, IPO, Secondary & Merger;responsible for the company's quarterly & annual (20-F) reports including tax reports;Responsible for the controlling & reporting of the company's WW subsidiaries;In charge of a bookkeepers team.
