•Developing, implementation and maintaining of the QES Management System and relevant procedures.•Setting up QES forms, methodologies and inspection checklists.•Follow-up of concrete and earthworks testing and review of laboratory results.•Audit the QES assessment of the Subcontractors / Suppliers and define QES requirements for all the intervening parties.•Issuance and follow-up of Non-Conformity Reports / Corrective and Preventive Actions. •Participating to the monthly progress meetings with the Client and the Independent Engineer.•Training of the site personnel related to QES Management System.•Management and follow-up of Client’s complaints.•Communication and reporting to the Head office on QES issues.
