Elizabeth Fischer is a graduate from Mercyhurst University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and Communications. She is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategic planning, management, and leadership. In her current role as Assistant Manager of Operations at lululemon, she is responsible for managing business enablers including budget, profit and loss statements as well as ordering supplies and equipment. She write the store’s weekly schedule and accomplish people-related administrative activities (including completing payroll and other documentation. Throughout her career, she has gained a strong foundation in administrative skills, time management, and prioritization. A large portion of my current job involves motivating and leading a team of 85 as well as performance managing and developing individuals. Support event planning by assisting with administrative functions for our community engagement.My non-profit work focuses on my passion for the arts. Previously in her past work experience, she taught at a non-profit dance studio for inner-city children in Erie, PA. The mission of the studio is to offer a safe place for kids of all ages to pursue a constructive art form that will positively influence them. she also assisted in event planning for the annual showcase fundraiser that raised money to offer more opportunities for children in the community. Secondly, she assisted at a non-profit dance theater company that allows children to perform in the community. She also assisted in web development, stage assistance as well as marketing. Combining her strengths, she has founded her own dance intensive focusing on helping dancers create a balance between their passion, desire, and talent to enrichment, reality, and success. This intensive is 3 days with 20+ students. Before the execution, she manages the budget, scheduling, and lesson planning as well as coordinating the end of the intensive showcase. This showcase has around 70 attendees each year.
