Recruited while still on active duty to join BAH as the Program Manager for Decontamination Systems within the JPEO Chemical Bio. After eighteen months as PM was selected by a BAH Executive to join a team developing the BAH Acquisition Community of Excellence. During this time, I supported the Japanese Department of Defense with development of SETA approach. Six months into the effort, the Executive died and the project was cancelled. At that time I was transferred to support USCG Deepwater program Office. I continued to support USCG as PM and Acquisition SME on C4ISR programs until QNA contacted me in May 2009.
