• Supervised the brand, marketing, content and sales department in iM4U and iM4U fm. • Managed the brand messaging, brand identity and brand value for iM4U and iM4U fm. • Ensured that the iM4U brand is protected through the different collaboration with Government Ministries, NGOs and Corporate Bodies. • Marketed the iM4U brand to the public through various channels available. • Pioneered in developing the Entrepreneurship University program under iM4U in order to produce 10 startups companies by the end of the year for Malaysia. • Organized supervised sporting events in iM4U that includes Piala Futsal iM4U, iM4U Smash, iM4U Skate Festival and many more. • Evaluated sponsorship proposal on a daily basis. Only partner and sponsor events that will gives brand mileage for iM4U. • Worked with a third party; PROKHAS in developing Job Description and Standard Operating Procedure for iM4U. Set KPIs for staffs on a yearly basis. • Worked on the department-operating budget on a yearly basis. Focusing on three principles: Low Cost, High Impact and Rapid Execution. • Marketed the iM4U fm brand through cinema advertising, outdoor billboards on campuses and on-ground events.• Worked together with media agency in developing media plans for iM4U and iM4U fm.

Strategic Planning Unit: • Strategized with the sales team in hitting sales target for the year 2010. (The target was RM850 Million.)• Worked on the campaign Return to Africa; ambush marketing campaign to the World Cup 2010. Bringing in RM20 Million for the campaign.
