Visits remained stable during a time when patients did not want to come into the clinic to be seen. Revenue improved by 15% over the next 2 years and physician salaries increased.Converted our electronic medical records system from Centricity to AthenaOne. Trained and coached the providers and staff who had been using Centricity for over 25 years. After switching to Athena, we were able to eliminate the need for several ancillary programs that normally cost $75K per year.Removed the manual timekeeping system, implemented ADP, and moved our accounting software from Great Plains to QuickBooks Online. This change made it possible to use 3 less employees in HR who either retired or moved into a different position within the company, a savings of over $95K per year.I really enjoy working in healthcare and find my job satisfying and fulfilling.
