- Convert Lotus Approach database to ASP.NET 2.0 website, In Progress.- Design, develop, test and deploy ASP.NET 2.0 website for salvage item auctions, In Progress.- Convert billing of Police Reports for claims division to EFT from conventional billing, In Progress.- Field incoming phone calls from internal claims associates regarding problems with computer/software systems.- Act as an intermediary between end user and technical support departments.- Research new ways for claims associates to perform duties more efficiently.- Aid in the design, development, testing and deployment of new claims systems.- Lead contact for Enterprise Rental reservation system.- Lead contact for remote users who connect through VPN software.

- Assist in managing and maintaining 5,000+ Windows based PC’s and laptops in 25 states.- Develop, test and deploy SMS packages for the purpose of updating and installing new software remotely and silently on all company PC’s and laptops using SMS 2003.- Assisted in development, testing and implementation of purchase ordering system, Access.- Manage and maintain PC related hardware inventory including: ordering, receiving and tracking of all PC related equipment.- Generate reports for PC related hardware for end of year inventory count.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PC related hardware/software for internal associates. Problems relating but not limited to, network connectivity, hardware failure and software functionality.
