With over 10 years of work experience in the retail and dental equipment sectors, I am a seasoned executive with a passion for mergers and acquisitions and operational excellence. As the current leader of cime dentaire, I lead the maintenance and distribution of dental surgery equipment via our agencies in the Centre & Auvergne Rhône Alpes regions, covering imaging, radiology, computer, and chair products. I am driven by the mission of providing high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our team. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, having worked and lived in different countries and languages, and having acquired multiple credentials and skills in interpersonal relations, corporate governance, and business development.Prior to joining cime dentaire in August 2022, I was the Managing Director of B&M France, a leading discount retailer with over 1,000 stores across Europe. In this role, I oversaw the financial performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the French division, managing a business of over €400 million and a total staff of over 1,500. I was also responsible for leading the integration and restructuring of the French operations, aligning its model with the UK, resulting in improved efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I leveraged my skills in management, financial modeling, business organisation, corporate finance, and investor relations to successfully execute this complex and challenging project, while working closely with the CEO, the board, and other key stakeholders.
