As the current leader of cime dentaire, I lead the maintenance and distribution of dental surgery equipment via our agencies in the Centre & Auvergne Rhône Alpes regions, covering imaging, radiology, computer, and chair products. I was also responsible for leading the integration and restructuring of the French operations, aligning its model with the UK, resulting in improved efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I leveraged my skills in management, financial modeling, business organisation, corporate finance, and investor relations to successfully execute this complex and challenging project, while working closely with the CEO, the board, and other key stakeholders.
