My work is focused on providing privacy advice to core Facebook App teams (including News Feed, Search, Stories, and News) based on the expectations of the external privacy community around the world. I serve as an external representative for Facebook regarding privacy and Facebook’s products, focused on transparency and control, including to gather feedback on our products.

Product Manager on Privacy and Data Use. In this role, my work included fulfilling regulatory requirements and building helpful and educational privacy experiences for users. Examples of this included the launch of Access Your Information and redesign of Download Your Information.Product Manager on Site Integrity - Harmful Web Experiences. In this role, my work included detecting and remediating malicious experiences at scale by using machine learning to predict and prevent adversarial behaviors, particularly for malicious URLs. This included the first launch of appeals at scale in order to help remediate false positive experiences.
