The overall topology includes 6 sites in Athens and 2 in Thessaloniki.Design, implementation and support of equipment and installations: UPS’s, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning control systems connected to BMS (Building Management System), Access control, Lighting, Fire detection & suppression and security systems, including the Server farm and the total Virtualization environment in both CITRIX XEN servers and Windows Virtualization.Design, planning and service provisioning supervision for future systems as ticketing and online reservation.

IT Manager in charge of1 - Management of end client project communication, including commercial & contractual support and negotiations, compliance of detailed engineering design development, financial & cash flow monitoring and follow-up, management and supervision of contractual and legislative compliance of all technical matters.2 - Evaluation, supervision and performance monitoring of sub-contractors and sub-suppliers.3 - Construction site coordination for efficient use of allocated manpower and equipment resources, maximizing optimal allocation for the needs of the Project Schedule.4 - Liaison with internal and external engineering design consultants, sub-contractors & end-client representatives for compliance with pertinent regulations.5 - Monitoring of overall construction progress, starting from site mobilization.• Field of Duties:1 - Management and supervision of optimal allocation of company resources.2 - Feasibility studies of proposed E&M systems3 - Management of the E&M engineering design progress at all phases (concept, scheme & detail) for local & international consultants4 - Compliance, integration and uniformity of interdisciplinary general and specialized design fields and Standards like CCTV, Access Control, Fire, HVAC, BMS, PA-PS, etc.5 - Liaison with local authorities for compliance with local regulations and preparation for Building Permit acquisition.
